Owners publish rooms, paying guest stays, and flats; seekers browse by city and category, read details, and unlock owner contact with a plan to call or WhatsApp after a short safety reminder. We are not a brokerage firm and we do not claim that every offline deal is risk-free — we focus on useful discovery tools and practical safety guidance.

Why Roomzo exists

Renting in India often involves brokers, opaque fees, and pressure to pay before seeing a property. Students moving to Prayagraj or Varanasi, and professionals relocating to Pune or Lucknow, need a simple way to discover options and speak to the person responsible for the property. Roomzo was built for that flow: search → compare → unlock contact → visit → decide.
