Step 1: Start a New Listing
Log in to your Roomzo Owner account. On your dashboard, click the highly visible + Add New Listing button.
Step 2: Property Type & Location
Select what you are renting out: Flat, PG, or a Single Room. Next, use our integrated Google Maps feature to drop a pin on your exact location. Fill out the street address and nearest landmark.
Step 3: Highlight Your Amenities
Tenants use filters! Check all the boxes that apply to your property. Does it have Wi-Fi? Air Conditioning? Reserved Parking? A washing machine? The more you select, the higher you rank in specific searches.
Step 4: Upload High-Quality Photos
Listings with clear photos get 3x more leads. Upload at least 3-4 bright, horizontal pictures showing the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and exterior.
Step 5: Set Price & Publish
Enter your monthly rent and security deposit expectations. Add a brief, welcoming description, and hit Publish Listing. Your property is now live to thousands of house-hunters!
